Local Mama respects your privacy. This policy explains what information may be collected when you create and use your Local Mama Pujo Passport 2026, why it is used, when limited information may be shared, and how you can request deletion of your account.

By creating or using a Pujo Passport, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy and any consent choices presented to you.

1. Information we may collect

When you register for or use your Pujo Passport, we may collect information such as:

• •WhatsApp/mobile number
• •Email address
• •Age or age group
• •Gender, if requested
• •Area or nearby location selected by you
• •Generation/age category
• •Unique Pujo Passport ID
• •Saved Pujos and offers
• •Challenge participation
• •Daily check-ins and streaks
• •Points earned and redeemed
• •Referral activity
• •AI Pujo/contest submissions
• •Reward and redemption history
• •Basic technical, security and usage information necessary to operate and protect the platform

2. How we use your information

Your information may be used to:

• •Create and maintain your Pujo Passport
• •Generate your unique Passport ID
• •Maintain your points balance
• •Record challenges and check-ins
• •Provide Pujo maps, guides and offers
• •Provide personalised or location-relevant discovery where applicable
• •Process and verify rewards and redemptions
• •Operate referral programmes
• •Administer competitions such as the AI Pujo Challenge
• •Prevent duplicate accounts, fraud and misuse
• •Provide customer support
• •Send important Passport-related communications
• •Maintain security and improve the Pujo Passport experience
• •Comply with applicable legal requirements

🔒 3. We do not sell your personal data

Local Mama does not sell or rent your personal registration information to participating stores, businesses, brands, advertisers or other third parties.

Your name, phone number, email address and Pujo Passport registration information are not products for sale.

Creating a Pujo Passport does not automatically make you a sales lead for participating businesses.

4. Your details are not automatically shared with stores

Simply:

• •viewing a business
• •discovering an offer
• •saving an offer
• •viewing a Pujo
• •participating in a challenge
• •creating a Pujo Passport

When you choose to shop or redeem

If you voluntarily visit a participating store, claim an offer, redeem Pujo Points or complete a transaction requiring verification, limited information reasonably necessary to process or verify that particular interaction may be displayed or shared where required.

For example, this could include your Passport ID, redemption confirmation or other information required to validate the benefit.

Information that you independently choose to provide directly to a merchant is subject to that merchant's own privacy practices.

5. Sponsors & partners

Pujo Passport may be presented, supported or sponsored by third-party brands.

Sponsoring Pujo Passports does not automatically give a sponsor access to users' personal registration information.

A sponsor will not receive your personal registration database simply because it sponsors the programme.

If a separate sponsor activity requires you to submit information directly to that sponsor, this will be communicated separately where appropriate.

6. Trusted service providers

Local Mama may use trusted technology and service providers to operate features such as:

• •Website/cloud hosting
• •Database infrastructure
• •Email delivery
• •WhatsApp or other communications
• •OTP/authentication
• •Analytics
• •Security and fraud prevention
• •Technical support

7. Communications

We may send operational communications relating to your Pujo Passport, including account creation, Passport ID, security notices, points, rewards, challenges, redemption information and important programme updates.

Where separate consent is legally required for promotional or marketing communications, we will request that consent as appropriate. You will be provided with applicable options to unsubscribe or opt out of marketing communications.

8. Location information

Local Mama may use an area, landmark or location selected or provided by you to help show relevant Pujos, businesses, offers or experiences.

Where device-level precise location is requested, appropriate permission will be obtained before accessing it.

You are not required to continuously share your live location simply to maintain a Pujo Passport unless a particular optional feature requires location verification, and this is clearly explained.

9. Pujo Points & transaction data

We may maintain records relating to:

• •Points earned
• •Points spent
• •Redemption history
• •Challenges completed
• •Rewards claimed
• •Participating merchant involved in a redemption
• •Fraud/security verification

10. AI Pujo & user submissions

If you participate in an AI Pujo contest or another activity requiring content submission, Local Mama may collect the content you voluntarily submit.

Contest entries intended for public display may be displayed as part of the relevant contest or campaign in accordance with the contest rules and permissions presented when you submit them.

Do not upload personal, confidential or third-party information that you do not have permission to share.

Local Mama uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorised access, misuse, alteration, disclosure or loss.

Access to user information is limited to authorised personnel and systems where reasonably necessary.

However, no website, application, database or internet transmission can guarantee absolute security.

12. How long we keep information

We aim to retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for:

• •Operating your account
• •Providing Pujo Passport benefits
• •Maintaining redemption records
• •Fraud and security prevention
• •Resolving disputes
• •Meeting legal, tax, accounting or regulatory obligations

Subject to applicable law and appropriate identity verification, you may contact Local Mama regarding your personal information and available privacy rights.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include requests relating to correction, access, withdrawal of applicable consent or deletion of personal information. Some information may need to be retained where legally permitted or required.

🗑️ 14. Delete my account

You can request deletion of your Local Mama Pujo Passport account from Privacy & Account in the menu.

For security, Local Mama may require a verification code sent to your registered email to confirm that the request is being made by the account holder.

Deleting your account may permanently deactivate your Pujo Passport, cancel your available Pujo Points and unredeemed rewards, remove saved Pujos, offers, challenge and check-in history, end active streaks and prevent future redemption. Account deletion may not be reversible.

15. What happens after account deletion

After a valid deletion request is processed, personal information associated with the account is deleted or anonymised as appropriate, except for information Local Mama is legally permitted or required to retain — for example for fraud prevention, security, financial/accounting records, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Such information is not retained merely for unrelated marketing purposes after deletion.

16. Children & age requirements

Pujo Passport participation must comply with applicable age and consent requirements. Where additional parental or guardian consent is legally required because of your age, Local Mama may restrict registration or require appropriate consent before processing your personal information.

17. Privacy policy updates

Local Mama may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to Pujo Passport features, technology, legal requirements or data practices. Material changes will be communicated appropriately. The latest published version and effective date will apply.
